Lifetime means, theme is sold through any channel plus+ 6-month of support for fixes. We did given discount in past for users who want to migrate to new shoplcass. Which is not possible now. What we can do is convert your single domain license to 10 domain license.

How do I upgrade my Tuffclassified (which doesn't seem to get much attention) or have you removed that option? I saw it just now in this thread and have never gotten any mail or something about this.

You can download latest version of tuffclassified theme( Every version is kept) in your user account area at tuffindia.com.
We have sent email to every user about Shopclass, maybe your spam folder catch that email.

Do you have plan to offer big for your old customers to buy shopclass theme?

I have 10 domain license for tuff theme, can i convert into 1 license for shopclass theme?

Sorry, we can't convert license that way but we can still upgrade your single domain Shopclass theme license to 10 domain license if you will buy it from tuffindia.com.
